about

Alien Girl is part one of a two part short story entitled "You Look Like Love"

lyrics

Told my mama today that she was gonna marry
the preachers son
but when i woke up from my dream
I didn't realize i was the only one.

Mama told me a story yesterday and she said
it was the news.
Well mama don't worry your pretty little heart
cause thats just music called the blues.
She told me about this afternoon
man tried to commit suicide.

Claimed he saw an alien
and with his eyes was crucified.
And the Alien said

Mama told me yesterday was just
But if i'm still living, Am i alive well
she didn't know.
Told me about this cave where men use to
be puppeteers.
I see the world around me
and its still the same
nothing but cheers.
So lets laugh and say

Lets laugh and say

Mama told me to many things
now I just look
pretty away from my rings
I open my eyes
and i see myself for what i'm worth.
I'm just a little beautiful blonde angel
living on earth.
A piece of meat to some
but to a few i might be a little less,
searching for a brave brave soul to
bring me what this world calls caress.

See i'm an alien that crucified a man
for committing suicide.
They talk about in the news a little boy the other day
called me blue.
He thinks that i'm a dream
because his eyes can't see the beauty that I am.
Am I an alien girl
or just a girl that dreams
well here on earth.
Who knows that IMA.
He knows that IMA.
